​​Over the past 30 years, Jenean has built extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, earning top sales and service awards along with recognition for her communication and interpersonal strengths. She has supported professionals and organizations through significant change and transformation, helping them move forward with structure, and purpose.

Drawing on her education in Communication Arts Human Services, she integrates strategic insight with thoughtful collaboration. Her support empowers clients to express their unique gifts, and create meaningful change.
