Case Study: Lana Grace Holistic


The Challenge

Following a life transition, Lana found herself professionally capable but internally disconnected. While she had experience as a masseause, her existing brand and messaging no longer reflected who she had become or the direction she wanted to move toward. The lack of clarity made it difficult for her to articulate her value, position her services, or confidently take her next professional steps.


The Solution

Our work began not with copy, but with clarity. Through a mission and values discovery process, we identified Lana’s deeper “why” — the purpose driving her work beyond individual services. This clarity became the foundation for all subsequent decisions. I later created a personal bio that refelted her vast experince and trainings, and a service statment that commmunicated her value.


The Outcome

With clarity restored, Lana regained momentum. She recommitted to her professional path, moving forward with continuing education to support her professional growth. The work supported not only her brand, but her ability to move ahead after a significant personal transition.
